KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Ross Allen,
Bret Crawford and
Corbin Harris represented the Campbellsville men's cross country team on the Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete list, the national office announced on Friday night.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
This is the second-straight season Allen earns the national award, while Crawford and Harris garner the recognition for the first time.
The Tiger trio all earned Academic All Mid-South Conference and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete honors this season.
A total of 254 men's cross country student-athletes were named to the Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete list.
Crawford and Sam Kiser are set to compete at the NAIA National Championship on Saturday in Vancouver, Washington to wrap up the 2017 season.
