KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Amanda Howard,
Rachel Seals and
Rachel Wolf represented the Campbellsville women's soccer team on the Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete list, the national office announced on Friday morning.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended two full years as a non-transfer or one full year as a transfer.
This marks the first time that each Howard, Seals and Wolf garnered the national honor.
A total of 614 women's soccer student-athletes throughout the NAIA were selected as scholar-athletes with Spring Arbor University leading the nation with 14 individuals earning the honor.
