PANAMA CITY, Fla.—The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) announced its 2015 women's golf awards at last night's banquet.
Eighteen individuals were named NCCAA scholar-athlete with Campbellsville bringing home four awards to tie for the most with Bethel College.
Cassidy Scantland, Anna-Marie Hyatt, Ashley Goodin and Olivia Parrott were the only Lady Tigers eligible for the award due to class status and all four were named Scholar-Athlete.
To be named NCCAA Scholar-Athlete, the individuals need to be a junior in the classroom and have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.40.
Also, the NCCAA awarded Katie Holdren, a senior from Bethel College, with the biggest award of the night. Holdren received the NCCAA Game Plan 4 Life Character Award which recognizes academic excellence, athletic achievement and Christian service and conduct.

The first round of the NCCAA National Tournament teed off this morning with Campbellsville's groupings starting from 7:50 – 8:30 a.m. ET at the Hombre Golf Club in Panama City, Fla.
