CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Saturday evening, the Lady Tigers will be traveling to Georgia to meet up with Life University at 6 p.m. ET.
LADY TIGERS LAST MATCH
- In a tough match at the University of the Cumberlands on Wednesday the Lady Tigers nine game win streak was snapped as they fell 3-1.
- In a game, where all the scoring occurred in the second half of play, CU was unable to slow the Patriot attack allowing goals in the 48th, 61st, and 81st minutes.
- Campbellsville was outshot, 22-6 in the contest, but were able to come away with one goal on a 88th minute goal from Naia Landaluce.
SCOUTING REPORT FOR LIFE
- The Running Eagles have struggled so far this season as they enter Saturday's match at 0-11.
- While they have been unable to record a win, the Running Eagles are no stranger to tough opponents as they have matched up with the second and 18thranked teams in the NAIA as well as two teams in the receiving votes category.
- Sarah Slingluff has been the offensive leader for Life as she has been able to record three goals, 24 shots, and 16 shots on goal, all of which lead the team.
LADY TIGER HISTORY AGAINST LIFE
- In four meetings with Life since 2016, Campbellsville holds a record of 4-0.
- Last season, when the two met, CU was able to win their fourth straight against the Running Eagles 6-1.
- This effort came as both Molly Hall and Lakin Walls were able to record a pair of goals in the contest.
LOOKING AROUND THE MSC
- Campbellsville currently sits at fourth in the MSC standings with a 2-1 record.
- Life on the other hand is currently at the back of the pack as they have not had been able to pick up a win.
- Lindsey Wilson and the University of the Cumberlands currently lead the MSC as both are undefeated thus far this season.
