Lady Tigers to play Truett McConnell for their NAIA Opening Round draw on Thursday

KANSAS CITY, MO – Lady Tigers are heading up north for the NAIA Opening Round to take on Truett McConnell University in the Spring Arbor bracket. 
 
Campbellsville was drawn the 2-seed with an at-large bid for the opening round. Lady Tigers are currently ranked 17th in the final regular season polls in the NAIA. Their opponent, is sitting at a record of 18-3.
 
So far this year Campbellsville has been a force on both sides of the ball as they are ranked in the top 10 in every statical category. Recently, Campbellsville had eight student athletes earn all-conference honors as well as Alex Adams earning Mid-South Conference Coach of the Year honors.
 
Should Campbellsville prevail on Thursday they would take on the winner of Spring Arbor vs. Ohio Valley. 
 
Campbellsville will take on the Bears on Thursday November 18th. A time has not yet been determined for the match.
