MCKENZIE, Tenn.- The (RV) Tigers took the road to battle the Bethel University Wildcats on Tuesday night. By reclaiming the lead and breaking the tie in the closing minutes of the game, Campbellsville defeated Bethel, 2-1.

- Stina Petersson collected her first career goal in minute 72.
- Alex Glennie led the Tigers with three shots, followed by Fiona Jolly, Mariangela Meneses, and Petersson, with two shots and one shot on goal each, and Alejandra Rocha with two shots and one assist.
- Campbellsville surpassed Bethel in a couple of statistical categories of the game: assists (2-1), shots on goal (3-2), and goals (2-1).
- The Tigers will be back in action, hosting the Georgetown College Tigers on Tuesday, October 7th, beginning at 6 p.m. ET.
Alex Glennie opened the game with heavy offensive action, collecting shots from the opening minutes of the game. The Wildcats retaliated with shots of their own, but halfway through the first half, neither team managed to score. Mariangela Meneses earned the Tigers an early lead with her first goal of the season, assisted by Alejandra Rocha, closing the first period of the game with Campbellsville on the advantage, 1-0.
Ten minutes into the second half, the Wildcats tied the score. After one failed shot, Stina Petersson collected her first career goal to reclaim the Tigers' lead, with an assist by Oddny Helgadottir. As the time on the clock expired, Campbellsville took another conference victory, 2-1.
