CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Nominations are now open for the Campbellsville University Athletics Hall of Fame, with submissions being accepted through September 1.

The Campbellsville University Athletics Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have demonstrated the highest standards of character and notable athletic achievement during their time at Campbellsville University. Individuals who have shown exceptional leadership and direction in advancing the excellence of Campbellsville University athletics programs also may be considered for induction.
Nominations may be submitted by individuals or groups who are interested in and support Campbellsville University athletics. Former university athletes and current supporters of the athletics program are strongly encouraged to nominate individuals for consideration.
Former Campbellsville University student-athletes must have graduated to be eligible for induction. Coaches and university employees are eligible for nomination after 15 years of service, the year after retirement, or after having been away from Campbellsville University for at least five years.
Consideration will be given to those involved with Russell Creek Academy, Campbellsville Junior College, Campbellsville College, and Campbellsville University. Both living and deceased nominees will be considered.
The selection committee will review all timely nominations and determine inductees for a given year. Nominees receiving a majority vote from the selection committee will be inducted. Campbellsville University is not required to induct individuals into the Athletics Hall of Fame annually.
The selection committee includes the vice president for development, director of athletics, director of sports information, director of alumni relations and the chair of the Athletic Committee of the Board of Trustees or their designee.
Campbellsville University reserves the right to remove any member from the Athletics Hall of Fame if circumstances warrant.
