Biography

Sophomore (2017): Rachel Denkins finished her sophomore season at Campbellsville.
 
Freshman (2016): Denkins appeared in 18 games and started in two during her freshman season. In the circle, Denkins only pitched one inning but at the plate she finished with two hits in 19 at bats.
 
High School: Denkins prepped at St. Mary High School and recorded a 1.81 ERA with 390 strikeouts. At the plate, she finished her career with a .395 batting average and .545 slugging percentage. In addition, Denkins was named All-District and All-Region in 2013 and 2014. She also earned the team MVP award for 2013-14.
 
Personal: Denkins is majoring in Nursing and is the daughter of Kip and Peggy Denkins.
