Entering 2023-24: 2nd season
Richardson begins his second season as the Lady Tigers defensive coordinator. In the programs first season in 2023, he helped head coach Chris Kidwell earn the programs first win in just their fourth game of the season.
In addition to his history coaching football and track, Richardson served 29 years in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, director of pupil personnel, and athletic director. Coaching football, Richardson coached under Chuck Smith, Perry Thomas, and Jim Hardy.

Richardson graduated from Campbellsville High School, attained his bachelor's degree in Education at Eastern Kentucky University, and received his Rank One certification in School Administration from Western Kentucky University.
