Entering her seventh year in the CU athletics department, Michaela Jarman has been hired as the Athletics Alumni Coordinator.
Former golfer and cheerleader Michaela Jarman completed her first season as the head coach of the women's golf program for the 2020-21 season. Entering the 2021-22 sesaon, she relinquished the head coach role, while still assisting both men's and women's programs, to increase her role as part of CU's athletics administration working as Game Operations Director.
Jarman, a 2019 graduate, was the assistant for the women's golf team for 2019-20 before taking over as head coach and played in integral role in golf program during her tenure at Campbellsville from 2015 to 2019.
Jarman served as the head coach for Lady Tiger golf during the 2020-21 season as they saw both team and individual success throughout the season. As a team, CU earned three tournament wins, two in the fall and one in the spring as they took home the titles at the Blue Raider Invitational, Campbellsville Fall Invite, and Tennessee Wesleyan Spring Invitational.
Over the course of her senior campaign, Jarman averaged a score of 82, while compiling a season best finish at the IWU Invitational where she tied for 3rd. She was also an NCCAA All-American, selected to the Academic All-MSC team, and was named an NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.
Throughout her career, Jarman shot a career low 72 to finish in fifth place at the Mid-South Conference Championship during her freshman season. She was also named First Team All-MSC during her sophomore season as well as All-MSC Second Team during her freshman and junior seasons. These performances helped lead Lady Tiger golf to two Mid-South Conference runner-up finishes, as well as second place finishes at the NCCAA National Championships.
Jarman also competed as a member of the cheer team for her junior and senior seasons.
