Zach Clements was hired in the summer of 2018 as the assistant Athletic Communications Director with specialty in videography. In the summer of 2023, Clements was named the first ever Mid-South Conference Assistant Sports Information Director of the Year.

Clements has continued his work in all aspects of the creative video. He has traveled to multiple national championships and brings cinematic highlights closer to home after major home/away victories. Clements teaches several students to use camera's that have the capability to bring the student athlete experience to a new level and let them relive moments throughout their career.

In 2018-19, Clements helped transform the CU Sports Network. The digital network took a major leap towards investing the broadcasts that can reach living rooms world-wide. After only have the capabilities of a simple one-camera broadcast with basic graphics and an occasional broadcaster, the CU Sports Network now features five control rooms across the athletic facilities that are fully functional for multi-camera broadcasts, graphics and replay.

His special video projects go as far as behind-the-scene video shoots to producing highlight videos at Mid-South Conference and National Championships.

Before his full-time status came into effect in the summer of 2018, Clements was familiar with the athletics department, as he worn many hats as an undergraduate student. During his junior year, Clements volunteered in the sports information office with men's and women's soccer games and also produced radio broadcasts on 88.7 The Tiger. 

In his senior year, Clements blossomed and his responsibilities grew. In addition to working part-time at WLCU-TV and FM, Clements has produced and directed many football and basketball broadcasts. He's also worked as a camera operator, replay control and Tiger Scoreboard Host for TV and Radio broadcasts.
