Campbellsville's Teresa Masava has been named the Mid-South Conference Volleyball Player of the Year for the second consecutive year.

Masava, a sophomore from Nairobi, Kenya,  led the MSC in kills per game (4.7) and total kills (623) during the season. She ranked second in the conference in service aces (61) and fifth in hitting percentage (.277).

She was selected MSC Player of the Week on six different occasions during the regular season.

CU Volleyball Coach Randy LeBleu was named as MSC Co-Coach of the Year.  LeBleu led the Lady Tigers to a second place finish in the MSC regular season with a 10-2 record.  It's LeBleu's second Coach of the Year award, having also been honored in 2006.

Three other Lady Tigers, Shannon Cahill, Tindi Munyasia and Brittney McKee were named to the All-MSC team.

The Lady Tigers led the MSC with six selections to the Academic All-Conference team.  Elaine Briscoe, Jovana Koprivicia, Brittney McKee, Sara Rose, Danielle Waldrop and Teresa Masava were Campbellsville's Academic All-Conference selections.

Campbellsville, ranked 20th in the nation, lost in the MSC Tournament Semi-Finals and will wait to see if it receives an at-large bid to the NAIA National Tournament.  If not, post-season play could continue in the NCCAA where the Lady Tigers are ranked 2nd nationally.
