In addition to leading the team in scoring with 16.07 points per game, Henderson averaged 6.26 assists, 4.74 rebounds and 4.03 steals per game. He posted two double-doubles for points and assists and one double-double for points and rebounds.

He finished the season ranked second in the NAIA for total steals (125) and steals per game. He was also Top 10 in assists, ranked sixth for assists per game and ninth in total assists (194).

Henderson's highs for the season were 26 points at the University of Rio Grande on Feb. 2, 10 rebounds at the University of Pikeville on Jan. 5, 13 assists vs. Mountain State University on Feb. 14 and eight steals at St. Catharine College on Jan. 14.

Henderson is the only player from the Mid-South Conference on the first or second team of the NAIA All-America list. Georgetown College's Maurice Pearson and Lindsey Wilson's Chase Spreen are Third Team selections. Matt Daniel and Zavion Neely from University of the Cumberlands received an honorable mention, as did Chris McHenry and Trevor Setty from Pikeville.

In addition to his MSC award, Henderson was also named an All-Mid-East Region selection by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
