Big Second Half Run Propels Tigers to 76-59 Win at WV Tech

Montgomery, WV - Trailing 33-31 at halftime, the Campbellsville University Tigers used a 27-6 run to open the second half and coasted to a 76-59 win at West Virginia Tech today.
 
Campbellsville hit on 15 of 30 field goal attempts in the second half and Marcus Nicks (JR/Ellicott City, MD) had three three-point baskets to lead the run to open the second frame.


Nestor Colemenares (JR/Caracas, Venezuela) led the Tigers with 22 points and 11 rebounds while Deveon Jenkins (JR/Chicago, IL) had 18 points and Nicks tallied 12 on the afternoon.
 
Campbellsville will be the #3 seed in the MSC Tournament and will face 6th seeded WV Tech on Saturday, March 8th at 2:00 p.m. in the East KY Expo Center in Pikeville.
