Etowah, NC - The nationally ranked Campbellsville University Men's Golf team continued their impressive spring run by finishing second in the Idependent Collegiate Invitational yesterday in Etowah, North Carolina.

Campbellsville finished behind North Greenville University (SC) by two strokes after the final round.  The Tigers had trailed the Mounties by five strokes after round one.

Jeff Sullivan finished second in the tournament by shooting a two day total of 146 while Scott Webb finished 3rd with a two day total of 147.

Campbellsville has not finished lower than fourth in a tournament this spring and has averaged a second place finish in every tournament played since last fall.

The Tigers head into the Mid-South Conference Touranment on April 14th as the favorite.  The tournament will be played at the Cherry Blossom Golf Course in Georgetown, KY.
