Josh Ratterman leads Campbellsville University after the first day of the National Christian College Athletic Association Men's Golf Championship with a 74, but sits seven strokes out of the lead with the Tigers tied for 11th overall.
The Tigers, who finished fifth in the NCCAA Championship last season, trail Colorado Christian and Dallas Baptist by 28 strokes, as both teams are one-under par with a 287. Campbellsville shot 315 on day one in Panama City, Fla.
Logan Griffin had the second-best score for CU, shooting 76, while
Scott Foster and
David Lee shot 82 and 83, respectively.
Cory Prewitt was 15 over par at 87.
The NCCAA Championship concludes Tuesday at Hombre Golf Club in Panama City.
