Campbellsville University picked up its 10th Mid-South Conference victory of the season Tuesday with a 3-1 win at Pikeville College on Tuesday.
Brooke Marcum and
Renee Netherton each had 13 kills to lead the Lady Tigers, while
Shannon Cahill added 10 kills.
Lilian DaSilva and
Caroline Martin
split time as setter, collecting 25 and 26 assists, respectively. Caitlin Dressing had 23 digs.
The Lady Tigers won their three sets by double figures, winning the first set 25-12 and the second set 25-16. But Pikeville won the third 25-22 before CU closed it out with a fourth-set win, 25-14.
CU (24-8, 10-2 MSC) travels to Lindsey Wilson College on Oct. 22 for its next to last Mid-South match of the season. The match is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.
