Samantha James collected 11 kills and three solo blocks to lead Campbellsville University's offense in a 3-0 victory on the road Monday at the University of the Cumberlands.
The Lady Tigers beat the Patriots 25-17, 25-18 and 25-17 to improve to 7-1 in the Mid-South Conference.
Shannon Cahill was second in scoring for the Lady Tigers, collecting 12 kills, an ace, a solo block and one assisted block. She also had 11 digs. Whitney Haynes followed with 10 points in the match, collecting eight kills and two solo blocks. She and Caitlin Dressing also had 11 digs.
Caroline Martin set the pace with 39 set assists and seven digs for the Tigers.
CU (20-7) hosts St. Catharine College for a MSC doubleheader Tuesday at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
