Box Score CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. -- Campbellsville University pulled even on the season (7-7-2, 2-2-1 MSC) Wednesday with a 3-1 Mid-South Conference victory over St. Catharine College at Finley Stadium and HIG Field.
The Tigers struggled to place a shot in the first half, kicking into strong winds, until
Tomas Arocha gave Campbellsville a 1-0 lead in the 31
st minute. Arocha rebounded a shot and fired off his goal from 20 yards out.

Early in the second half, with the wind at their backs, Mario Renteria and Gustav Carlsson strengthened the Tigers' lead with goals in the 49th and 50th minutes, respectively. Carlsson assisted Renteria's goal and then scored with a soft touch misplayed by the Patriots' keeper.
Kyle Thomas had five saves in the first 78 minutes of the match for the win. Aaron Steele played the final 12 minutes in goal.
St. Catharine scored its only goal in the 83rd minute after Sheldon Lucas tapped in a missed shot by Raymond Mkandama.
Campbellsville's offense was slowed at times due to 15 offsides calls and 14 fouls.
The Tigers will travel to second-ranked University of Rio Grande on Saturday for a 7 p.m. ET game.
