ROME, Ga. -- Campbellsville University women's golf finished third among Mid-South Conference teams and seventh overall Tuesday in the Chick-fil-A Collegiate Invitational at Stonebridge Golf Club.
Katie White led CU with a 77 on Tuesday to finish at 160 for the tournament. Meleigha Pollock was just behind, shooting 163 (81,82) in the two days. McLane Farr and Caitlyn Wilkerson each had rounds of 82 on Monday and Tuesday, respectively. CU shot 334 and 325 as a team in its two rounds.
University of the Cumberlands and Lindsey Wilson College finished one-two in the tournament. Liz Stephens shot two-under par Tuesday to earn medalist honors and lead Cumberlands to its 618 score. Lindsey Wilson shot 625 as a team in the two days. Lindsey Wilson's Kelsey Joslyn was second individually after shooting 76 and 74.
Campbellsville will close its fall schedule Oct. 15-16 at the St. Catharine College Invitational at Maywood Country Club in Bardstown, Ky.
