BARDSTOWN, Ky. — Campbellsville University senior Katie White played her way to an All-Conference finish Tuesday and her fourth-straight All-Tournament team as she shot 74 to finish fourth in the Mid-South Conference Spring Tournament. Her two-day score at the Bardstown Country Club at Maywood was 152 (78-74).
Campbellsville shot 330 as a team Tuesday and finished with a 669, finishing 30 strokes behind third-place Cumberland University. University of the Cumberlands maintained its lead to win the team championship, led by Liz Stephens, who finished 3 over par with a 147 (76-71) for the individual title.
MeLeigha Pollock was second for Campbellsville and 14th overall at 164 (80-84), followed by Caitlyn Wilkerson 176 (93-83), Kayla Kincer 177 (88-89) and 203 (109-94).
Lindsey Wilson finished second behind Cumberlands by seven strokes with a score of 620.
Team Totals: University of the Cumberlands 613, Lindsey Wilson 620, Cumberland University 639, Campbellsville 669, Pikeville 725, Georgetown 725 and St. Catharine 786. UVa.-Wise had three players competing as individuals.
