Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn.. — Campbellsville put four players in double figure tonight, led by Lindey Young's 19, and defeated Fisk University, 87-38.
All nine players that saw playing time scored at least three points as coach Ginger Colvin sat her starters to rest them for a big week of Mid-South Conference play, starting Thursday against Lindsey Wilson.
"They are really shorthanded here and it was a good time for us to get some players a little more playing time," said Colvin. "I was pleased to see us shoot the ball a little better, especially from behind the line."
CU (21-1, 6-1 MSC) knocked down 11 3s and had 26 assists on 34 made baskets. The Lady Tigers pulled away from a 10-7 lead with 13 minutes left in the first half and led 37-19 at intermission.
