PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Cassidy Scantland won her second tournament in a span of one week and No. 15 Lady Tiger golf pick up their second tournament victory of the season at the University of Pikeville Spring Invitational at StoneCrest Golf Club this weekend.

Scantland, a junior from Greensburg, Ky., won her second-straight tournament and improves her program record to 11 career wins.
She fired identical 75s and finished with a 150 (+6) for the tournament to outlast UPIKE's Brittany Brophy by two strokes (152, +8).
Campbellsville dominated the field having all six Lady Tigers competing this weekend finish in the Top 8. Anna-Marie Hyatt shot 79-76 (+11) to finish solo third, while Ashley Goodin and Olivia Parrott finished at +14 to tie for fifth. Freshmen Kylie Withrow (+19) and Michaela Jarman (+20) finished seventh and eighth, respectively, to round out the Lady Tigers scoring.
Hyatt, Goodin and Parrott joined Scantland for All-Tournament honors.
As a team, the Lady Tigers shot their lowest score of the season with a 305 in Round 2. CU finished +44 to dominate University of Pikeville by 22 strokes on its home course.
The Lady Tigers will now have one week to prepare for the Mid-South Conference championship hosted at Bowling Green County Club. Tee times will be announced on Saturday, April 16 with the first of three rounds starting on April 18. Live scoring will be available via GolfStat.
