FRIENDSHIP, Ohio – Campbellsville's men's golf team enters the second round of the Shawnee State University Fall Invitational in fifth place after shooting a 25-over par 313 during the first round of the tournament on Sunday.
Justin Riffle led the Tigers on day one with a 3-over par 75 to sit in ninth place. He is the lone Campbellsville competitor sitting inside top 10 heading into the final round.
Justin Warman is tied for 16th overall in the 47-man field. Warman fired a Sunday total of 6-over par 78.

Tyler Harrod and
Seito Miyazaki are all tied for 20th. Five other golfers at 8-over par 80 joined the trio in 20th.
James Leisinger of Miami University-Hamilton leads the tournament after carding a 4-unuder par 68 on the par 72, 6,837-yard course at Shawnee State Park Golf Resort.
University of Pikeville leads the nine-team tournament after day one following a 7-over par 295. The Bears are two shots ahead of Miami-Hamilton who recorded a team total of 9-over par 297.
The Shawnee State Fall Invitational concludes on Monday in Friendship, Ohio.
