LEBANON, Tenn. — Sixth-ranked Lady Tiger basketball has yet another neutral game tonight, as Campbellsville is traveling to Cumberland University to face Carver College.

CU is playing its seventh game at a neutral site and is 5-1 overall – the lone loss to No. 3 Freed-Hardeman at the Jackson Rotary Classic.
Campbellsville enters with an 8-1 record and is coming off a 125-39 victory. The margin of victory is the second-highest in program history as CU won by 116 points in the 1074-75 season before the NAIA welcomed women's basketball as an official sport.
In the win over Simmons, the 125 points was also the most points scored in a game. In addition, the Lady Tigers hit 52-of-84 (62%) from the floor – the 52 field goals are the most in a single-game, which breaks a seven-year record dating bat to Nov. 8, .2010 vs. Wilberforce (51). Lastly, the 35 assists are also a single-game record in the Dakstats era (2003-present).
Carver (1-7) fell 80-54 to Faulkner on Nov. 21. Celia Niambekoudougou recorded a double-double with a game-high 16 points and 11 rebounds. Antwannet Thomas scored 14 points and Khashami Smith added 12. The Cougars shot just 27.9 percent from the field and 16.7 percent from three. Niambekoudougou leads the team in scoring with 16.6 points per game.
Carver also played Lindsey Wilson on Thursday night and the Blue Raiders won 77-37.
After tonight's game, CU will hit the road next Tuesday to face Talladega College on Tuesday, Dec. 5 before an 11-day break for final exams.
