Lady Tigers place 18th at Hoosier Classic

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Campbellsville Women's Bowling team finished 18th overall at the 48th Annual Hoosier Classic.
 
Senior Keysha Martin led the way for the Lady Tigers shooting an average of 186 going 161, 196, 212, 195, 183, and 172 for a total of 1,119 pins, which was good for 73rd overall. Right behind her was Crystal Land finishing in 83rd with a score of 1,110.
 
Rounding out the Top 100 was Katlyn Hoeh finishing in 97th place with a score of 1,094. Bailey James followed her in 108th place finishing with 1,081 pins.
 
The Lady Tigers would finish the first day in 20th place with a team score of 5,464. On Sunday the Lady Tigers averaged 179 overall during baker play going 932, 891, and 870 for all three sets.
 
CU would finish the tournament at 18th place overall shooting 8,157. Wichita State finished on top of the overall standings with 9,091 and would also take home the women's team championship during match play
 
The Lady Tigers will look to continue a great season at the Mid-South Conference Championship this coming weekend in Bowling Green, Ky. starting Friday, February 17.
