BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Lady Tiger soccer scored two goals against No. 10 Lindsey Wilson but it wasn't enough as the Blue Raiders advanced to the Mid-South Conference Championship with a 4-2 win.

The two scores came from Campbellsville's top scoring assets, as Lakin Walls and Molly Hall both netted their 18thgoals of the year.

CU played Lindsey Wilson tough in the regular season but fell 1-0 and the two goals are a big improvement for the Lady Tigers as they've now been outscored, 71-5, in the past 15 meetings.

The scoring started in the 10thminute for Lindsey Wilson as Emelie Liljered scored back post off a pass from Sina Cavelti. In the 19thminute, Veronica Kurtz put LWC ahead, 2-0.

But then it was Walls pulling Campbellsville within striking distance. Claudia Eckstein passed a long ball to Walls and she chipped a shot over the keeper, Jovana Ivanovic, in the 37th

That's where the score would stay until Lindsey Wilson scored two quick goals in the final 15 minutes. Calvelti finished a free kick from Yvonne Ploeg and then Alicia Thoresen scored of another assist from Ploeg to put LWC ahead, 4-1.

Hall cut the deficit back to two in the 88thas Ivanovic mishandled a ball in the box and Hall finished.

The 17thgoals of the season keeps Walls and Hall in solo fourth in single-season scoring.

The Lady Tigers will now move into the NCCAA Mid-East Regional next week, as CU will play Hiwassee in the championship match on Friday, Nov. 16 at 4 p.m. ET.
