No. 16 Lady Tigers dominate UPIKE to start perfect on the season

ASHLAND, Ky. — In the second Mid-South Conference match in as many days, No. 16 Campbellsville women's tennis swept University of Pikeville on Sunday, 9-0.
 
The Lady Tigers (8-0) earned two forfeit points at No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles, but Campbellsville dominated for the most part.
 
Bolor Enkhbayar and Grace Rowe put CU on the board with an 8-0 sweep at No. 2 doubles, while Kaede Amano and Majella Nobile stayed perfect at No. 1 doubles with an 8-4 win.
 
In singles, the Lady Tigers allowed only five points. Amano swept at No. 1 singles, while Enkhbayar won 6-0, 6-2, Nobile earned the victory 6-0, 6-1 and Rowe won 6-0, 6-1. Brooklyn Harris also earned a singles victory, 6-1, 6-0, at No. 5 singles.
 
The Lady Tigers will now travel to No. 1 Georgia Gwinnett College on Wednesday, March 14. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
