CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — The Tigers finished their regular season home slate with a 3-0 sweep over Brewton-Parker College on Monday night in the Powell Athletic Center.
CU dominated the night, 25-12, 25-13, 25-14 to improve its record to 15-13, while the first-year Barons fall to 0-22 on the year.
Max Stotridge led CU with eight kills, while
Shmuel Edney-Williams had seven and
Derek Roby joined Tyler Vermillion with six. Overall, the Tigers hit .364 and held the Barons to 14 kills and 14 errors on 57 attempts to hit .000.
The Tigers also tallied 12 service aces, while Stotridge had a career-high six and Roby finished with three. CU was led on the night with 17 assists from
Keaton Marshall, while
Jeremy Hernandez had nine.
Defensively, Roby and
Noel Camello had eight digs, while Edney Williams led CU with two blocks.
Campbellsville gets bet in action tomorrow night, Tuesday, March 20 at Cincinnati Christian for its season finale.
