CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — In a second straight Top 25 matchup, No. 11 Campbellsville men's tennis fell to No. 9 Cardinal Stritch, 5-2.
The loss moves Campbellsville to 11-3 overall – the lone three losses have come to No. 1 Georgia Gwinnett, No. 16 Cumberland and now No. 9 Cardinal Stritch.
CU's lone two points of last night's match came at No. 3 doubles and No. 3 singles.
Martin Munoz and
Blayze O'Keefe teamed up to defeat Nicola Wehrle and Niccolo Rossi, 8-6.
O'keefe then earned the lone point in singles as well, winning, 6-3, 6-4 over Nicolas Palacio.
Campbellsville gets back in action on Tuesday, April 10 as the Tigers host Marian University on Senior Day at the Kelly Hall Tennis Complex.
