Lady Tiger softball postpones road trip to Union; moved to Thursday, March 14

BARBOURVILLE, Ky. — It didn't take long for the first postponement of the 2019 softball season to occur as weather forced the Lady Tigers and Union Bulldogs to postpone their doubleheader on Wednesday.  
 
The game was scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. but has now been moved to Thursday, March 14 at 2 p.m. ET in Barbourville. 
 
Campbellsville is currently scheduled to travel to Waleska, Ga. for the Reinhardt University Classic this weekend and a final decision will be made on Wednesday morning about that tournament. 
 
CU is scheduled to face the host Eagles twice, University of Rio Grande and No. 12 Freed-Hardeman if the games are played. 
 
The Lady Tigers are also scheduled to host Brescia University for their first home series of the year on Tuesday, Feb. 26.
