Lady Tiger Softball cancels upcoming weekend tournament at Montreat due to rain and cold

MONTREAT, N.C. — The upcoming weekend tournament at Montreat University has been cancelled for Lady Tiger Softball due to rain and cold temperatures. 
 
The Lady Tigers were expected to play Montreat twice, Cincinnati Christian and Mars Hill. Now Campbellsville has had to cancel or postpone 12 games early in the 2019 season. 
 
Head coach Shannon Wathen is seeking to add games next weekend, March 15-17. 
 
Campbellsville is currently 10-3 on the season. The next scheduled contest is a date with Brescia University on the road Thursday, March 12.
