MSC Standings concerning Campbellsville:
  • The MSC softball bylaws state the MSC regular season champion will be awarded based on best conference winning percentage.
  • Lindsey Wilson leads the way with a 19-1 (.950) conference record. The Blue Raiders have six games left in the regular season slate – four against Campbellsville and two vs. Kentucky Christian.
    • If the Blue Raiders win two of the final six games, they would clinch the regular season title outright.
    • If Campbellsville sweeps Lindsey Wilson and the Blue Raiders lose five of their final six games. CU and LWC would share the regular season title and CU would earn the No. 1-seed in the tournament.
    • If Lindsey Wilson loses the final six games, CU would win the regular season outright and be the No. 1-seed. LWC would be the No. 2-seed.
  • Campbellsville is second in the standings at 16-6 (.727) with only four games left on its schedule.
  • University of the Cumberlands is third at 13-11 (.542) and has a four-game series with Shawnee State this weekend.
  • Even if Campbellsville loses all four games and Cumberlands sweeps Shawnee State, the Lady Tigers would earn the No. 2-seed in the MSC Tournament.

  • Since the 2006 season, the Lady Tigers hold a 32-27 edge over Lindsey Wilson in the Battle of Highway 55.
