CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – It will be a full seven days since the Campbellsville University women's volleyball team last took the court as they prepare for a match-up against No. 10 Lindsey Wilson College on Tuesday night.
The Lady Tigers and Blue Raiders will face off in Columbia, Ky. at 7:30 p.m. ET at the Biggers Sports Center.
LAST TIME OUT
- Campbellsville was on the wrong end of a 3-0 sweep at the hands of Cumberland University as the Phoenix took the match 25-17, 25-10, 25-15 in Lebanon, Tenn. last Tuesday.
- The Lady Tigers were only able to record 20 kills compared to Cumberland finishing the match with 44 kills. Kymbra Kriby had the team-high for Campbellsville with five kills as four different attackers for the Phoenix finished with more than five.
SCOUTING LINDSEY WILSON
- The Blue Raiders are 12-3 overall and 4-1 in the Mid-South Conference so far on the season with only two games play at home so far and losses to No. 4 Missouri Baptist, No. 5 Viterbo, and Life.
- They are currently on a three-match winning streak after defeating Indiana Southeast, Cumberland and Fisk last week.
- On the attack, they are led by 218 total kills from redshirt freshman middle Kasia Niderla as she is also hitting for a .438 attacking percentage.
- Autumn Proctor is the team's primary setter as she leads her team with 327 assists for a 6.3 assist per set average and their leader in digs is Peyton Johnston who has 241 digs for a 4.5 digs per set average.
LOOKING AHEAD
- CU will continue road matches this weekend as they head to Bourbonnais, Ill. for the ONU/Holliday Inn Express Invite hosted by Olivet Nazarene University.
- The Lady Tigers will play two matches each on Friday and Saturday against Judson, Olivet Nazarene, Saint Xavier, and Columbia.
