GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Campbellsville women's volleyball team will get their first official competitions under their belt for the 2020 season at the NCCAA National Tournament starting Thursday, Nov. 19.
The tournament will be hosted by University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minn. as the eight-team field will be separated into two, four-team pool as the Lady Tigers have been seeded No. 7 into Pool B. The top two teams based off of record from each pool will advance to the bracket phase on Saturday, Nov. 21 to determine an NCCAA National Champion.
Pool B is comprised of CU, Bethel College (Ind.), Mid-America Christian University, and Grace College. Pool A has University of Northwestern as the No. 1 seed along with Columbia International University, Dallas Baptist University, and Erskine College.
The Lady Tigers will play the first match of each day on both Thursday and Friday as they will play two back-to-back matches on Thursday and a single match on Friday. Thursday's matches will be against Bethel and Mid-America Christian at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. with the Thursday match against Grace starting at 11 a.m. as well with all of those times listed as Eastern time.
Coverage can be followed via the NCCAA as they will be providing live stream and live stats for each match. Spectators will be allowed at the matches as tickets will have to be purchased through the NCCAA as options for a three-day pass or individual one-day passes available.
