KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced the 32 qualifiers and bracket for the 40th annual NAIA Division I Women's Basketball National Championship, presented by Visit Billings.
 
The Campbellsville University Lady Tigers will be making their NAIA-record 28^th National Tournament appearance and will look to face the No. 8-seeded Martin Methodist College after securing the No. 1 seed in the Cramer Bracket.
 
The No. 1 Lady Tigers will begin their tournament on Wednesday, March 18^th against the Red Hawks of Martin Methodist at 12:15 p.m. ET.
 
Campbellsville, who enters the tournament boasting a record of 29-3, received the overall number four seed and an at-large birth to the NAIA Championship.
 
Martin Methodist sits in the receiving votes category of the NAIA's most recent coaches' top 25 poll received the second automatic bid from the Southern States Athletic Conference after finishing as SSAC Tournament Runner-Up. Martin Methodist is making their fifth NAIA Tournament appearance.
 
The Red Hawks and Lady Tigers have met previously met twice this season where CU took 91-59 and 84-66 wins.
 
The other six teams in the Cramer Bracket are No. 2 The Master's, No. 3 Freed-Hardeman, No. 4 Our Lady of the Lake, No. 5 Clarke, No. 6 Providence, and No. 7 Philander Smith.
 
The event returns to First Interstate Arena in Billings, Mont., March 18-24.

This year's field consists of 14 automatic berths, 17 at-large selections and one host berth that Rocky Mountain (Mont.) will claim. Automatic qualification is given to conference regular-season champions, regular-season runners-up, tournament champions or tournament runners-up depending on the league.
 
The Heart of America Athletic Conference boasts six programs in the 2019-20 field. The Frontier Conference follows with five teams and the American Midwest Conference and Mid-South Conference with four.
