CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Campbellsville University men's soccer team will take the field to begin their 2020-21 season as they will head north to face Oakland City University this Sunday for a 4:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. CT.
Per Oakland City athletics, the policy for spectators and fans is that both home and road fans are allowed to attend the game with no limit to the number of fans in attendance. Spectators will be asked to wear masks UNLESS they bring their own seating, stay within their own "family units", and practice social distancing with those outside of those family units.
The Tigers will open their 2020-21 season after a 14-7-1 2019 season that saw them earn a berth in the NAIA National Tournament. The Tigers are returning All-MSC performers

The Mighty Oaks of OCU have already played in two regular season games this season as they sport a 1-1 record so far on the year. New to the NAIA this season, joining the River States Conference, Oakland City dropped their season opener to Saint Mary of the Woods College 2-0 while winning their home opener against RSC foe Carlow University. 4-0.
Their four goals were scored by four separate goal scorers in Brian Elizarraras, Luis Perez, Alberto Rodriguez Diaz, and Goncalo Costa. Arthur Hill has been their starting goalkeeper for both games, playing all 180 minutes and making 11 total saves.
Following the opener this Sunday, CU men's soccer will host their home opener at Finley Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 26 against Brescia. Spectators will not be allowed inside of Finley Stadium due to the current construction of the new press box but can gather, in a safe fashion, outside of the fence that surrounds the field.
