CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – After missing out on their last four scheduled games, the Campbellsville University women's basketball team will hit the road for a pair of games this Saturday at Bethel University and next Monday at University of the Cumberlands.
Saturday's game in McKenzie, Tenn. will tip off at 2:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. CT at Crisp Arena as the Patriots and Lady Tigers will attempt to matchup at the O. Wayne Rollins Center for the fourth different date this season at 5:30 p.m. ET in Williamsburg, Ky. as the previous four had been postponed earlier this season.
BROADCAST AND ATTENDANCE INFORMATION
- Bethel will allow all fans to attend their basketball games under certain guidelines that include wearing masks at all times, maintaining six feet of distance between family groups, and not intermingle with players before or after the game. - University of the Cumberlands policy for spectators is that no outside spectators will be allowed in the gym, only individuals with a valid UC ID up to a max capacity of 200 will be allowed inside of the O. Wayne Rollins Center.
- Matt Payton, the voice of Tiger basketball, will be making the trip to be on the call for both games on WLCU-FM 88.7 The Tiger as the audio only feed will also be aired online at www.campbellsvilletigers.com/watch.
- Both host institutions will stream video broadcasts of the games online as Bethel's stream can be found at www.bethelathletics.com/f/WildcatVision.php and Cumberlands' stream will go out at www.cumberlandspatriots.com/watch.
LADY TIGER NOTES
- Campbellsville has been on the trend of playing one game followed by missing out on the next four since returning from the Christmas break due to COVID-19 protocols as they have only played against Cumberland University on Dec. 31 and Freed-Hardeman University on Jan. 11.
- These will also be the first road games for the Lady Tigers since Dec. 18 when they earned an 84-74 win at Pikeville.
- Saturday's game against Bethell will be the second meeting between the Wildcats and the Lady Tigers as CU earned a 70-43 win in the Powell Athletic Center behind 14 points from Sammy Rogers along with 12 and 10 apiece from both Lexy and Faith Lake respectively.
- Campbellsville holds the No. 1 spot in the NAIA rankings at their 8-0 overall record and a 4-0 record inside of the Mid-South Conference after the release of the poll on Jan.13.

Saturday, Jan. 23, 2:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. CT – Crisp Arena, McKenzie, Tenn.
- Bethel has lost five of their last six games as their lone win over that stretch came against No. 9 Shawnee State last Thursday at home as they earned a 72-68 victory.
- Most recently they dropped a tight one-point loss on the road to rival Freed-Hardeman last night in Henderson, Tenn. as the Lions earned a 59-58 win.
- Forward Mickey Head and guard Jani Crawford tie for the team lead in scoring average, both at 12.7 points per game with Head playing in all 17 games and Crawford playing in 10 games.
- Head is ranked No. 3 in the NAIA in total blocks with 42 on the season and ranked No. 9 in blocks per game at 2.5 as she blocked five shots against CU on Dec. 14 and grabbed 13 rebounds.

Monday, Jan. 25, 5:30 p.m. ET – O. Wayne Rollins Center, Williamsburg, Ky.
- The Patriots have won five of their last six games with those wins coming against Pikeville, Bethel, Freed-Hardeman, Cumberland, and Martin Methodist.
- UC has come close to cracking the Top-25 as they are currently receiving votes in the NAIA Coaches' Poll with 25 total points in the most recent poll on Jan. 13.
- Cumberlands is a strong rebounding team as they rank 11th in the NAIA in total rebounding margin (+9.7) and 17th in total rebounding defense (32.7) as the trio of Silvia Veloso (6.4), Vilma Covane (5.4), and Carla Covane (6.3) lead the way on the glass.
- Veloso and Vilma Covane are the top two scorers for the Patrios also with Veloso averaging 12.8 points per game and Covane at 11.1 points per game.

- The Lady Tigers will return home for a pair of games at the Powell Athletic Center as they will host University of Pikeville next Thursday and have a quick rematch against Cumberlands next Saturday.
