Lady Tiger golf earns second-highest ranking in program history; starts spring season at No. 14

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — For the first time since June 2017, Lady Tiger golf is ranked inside the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll. Campbellsville starts the spring semester at No. 14. 
 
The Lady Tigers highest ranking in program history came on November 6, 2016 as CU was ranked 13th at the time. The No. 14 ranking ties the second highest ranking in program history – which also dates back to the 2016-17 season. 
 
Campbellsville earned 245 voting points and is the second-highest team from the Mid-South Conference to be ranked as University of the Cumberlands starts the spring at No. 8. Lindsey Wilson comes in at No. 23 and is the third team from the MSC to be ranked. 
 
Keiser University earned 12 voting points with 491 points. Dalton State, William Carey, Southeastern and Morningside all round out the Top 5. 
 
The Lady Tigers have another month until their first spring competition at the Tennessee Wesleyan Spring Invite at Springbrook Golf and Country Club.
