Ashley Moch is First Lady Tiger bowler to be named NAIA All-American

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced the Women's Bowling All-Americans and Campbellsville University's Ashley Moch earned the honor.

Moch, a junior from Louisville, Ky., was one of 12 bowlers announced on Thursday as an All-American. She joins four other bowlers from the Mid-South Conference to earn the honor.

On the year, she finished with the 49th best average in all of women's college bowling at any level with a 195.5 average.

She earned MSC Bowling of the Week honors once this season on February 2 after finishing second at the Thomas More Classic with an average of 216.2 pins in five games – which was a season-best average.

Moch finished 15th or better in all four tournaments this year and finished in the upper 92 percent of bowlers in the field in three of the fourth.

"Ashley is an incredible young lady," said coach Eric Graves. "She is awesome on the bowling lanes and is just as awesome in the classroom studying nursing.

"She has made our women's team competitive in the NAIA and USBC both. We will greatly miss her after she graduates but we wish her the best in everything she does."

CU Bowling All-American history:
