CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – After earning the No. 4 seed in the Mid-South Conference regular season standings, the Campbellsville University women's volleyball team will begin their MSC Tournament at 4 p.m. ET/3 p.m. CT in Bowling Green, Ky. at Ephram White Gym.
The Lady Tigers will face either No. 5 Martin Methodist College or No. 12 University of Pikeville in the quarterfinals as those two teams will match up earlier in the day at 9 a.m. CT.

LADY TIGER NOTES
- Campbellsville finished the regular season 17-8 overall and 10-6 in Mid-South Conference play to clinch that opening round bye straight into the quarterfinals.
- The Lady Tigers finished with 123 more kills than their opponents on the season as they had 1,157 kills on 3818 total attacks with 529 errors for a .164 attack percentage on the regular season.
- The trio of Sonia Flendrich, Paige Merrick, and Katie Morin significantly led their primary stat categories with Flendrich finishing with 246 kills, Merrick at 823 assists, and Morin finishing the regular season with 503 digs.
- Both Flendrich and Merrick were double-double machines as they both had over 300 digs on the year at 322 for Merrick and 364 for Flendrich as Merrick also finished with 111 kills on the year.
SCOUTING MARTIN METHODIST
- The Redhawks finished at 14-8 overall and 9-7 in the conference to finish a game behind CU in the standings for that No. 5 placement.
- These two teams met only once in the regular season with the Lady Tigers earning a thrilling four-set win in Pulaski, Tenn. by set scores of 25-23, 21-25, 25-16, and 26-24.
- Rebecca Cronin is a strong all-around player for the Redhawks as she led the team in kills during the regular season at 216 while also finishing second on the team with 236 digs.
- Fernanda Orsi runs the show for MMC as the setter on her way to a regular season total of 470 assists.
SCOUTING PIKEVILLE
- The Bears struggled in the 2020 season to a 2-17 overall record and did not earn a single win during conference play in 16 matches.
- CU and UPike matched up twice in the spring with the Lady Tigers earning a pair of sweep wins on Mar. 13 and Mar. 27.
- Megan Frazier was the lone member of the Pikeville roster to finish with over 100 kills as she had 101 kills in 16 matches played.
- Haylee Meade and Leigh Johnson rotate at setter for the Bears with the pair both over 100 assists, combining for 289 of the team's 384 assists on the season.
LOOKING AHEAD
- With a win, the Lady Tigers will move on to the semifinals with that match scheduled to be at 1 p.m. ET/12 p.m. CT at Bowling Green High School on Friday.
- CU would face the winner of the quarterfinal matchup between No. 1 Lindsey Wilson and either No. 8 Bethel or No. 9 Thomas More.
