Lady Tiger softball earns No. 2 seed in NAIA Softball Opening Round hosted in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The NAIA Softball World Series Opening Round Championship Field is set as Campbellsville University received the No. 2 seed in the Bowling Green Bracket.

Campbellsville and the Mid-South Conference are serving as co-hosts and the tournament will be played at Michael Buchanon Park in Bowling Green, Ky.

The Lady Tigers are joined by No. 1 seeded Indiana Wesleyan, No. 3 seed Olivet Nazarene and No. 4 seed Aquinas University.

Campbellsville and Olivet Nazarene will start the four-team double elimination tournament on Monday, May 17 at 2 p.m. ET. Indiana Wesleyan and Aquinas are scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. ET in the first round.

Each game of the tournament will be streamed live on the Campbellsville University Sports Network but unlike in years past, a small fee will be charged to watch each game in 2021.

The Mid-South Conference is handling all ticketing and fans will need to purchase tickets on the MSC's Hometown Ticketing Page. Tickets will not be on sale until Thursday, May 11 at https://www.mid-southconference.org/hometown-ticketing
