NAIA Softball Bowling Green Bracket moves to three-team tournament after Aquinas has COVID-19 issues

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 issues within the Aquinas College, the Saints have been eliminated and the NAIA Softball Opening Round Bowling Bracket has been transformed into a three-team double elimination bracket. 
 
No. 1 Indiana Wesleyan (44-7) will now earn a bye into the second round while No. 2 Campbellsville (40-11) and No. 3 Olivet Nazarene (31-6) play on Monday at 2 p.m. ET at Michael Buchanon Park. 
 
The winner of the first game between Campbellsville and Olivet Nazarene will face the top-seeded Wildcats on Tuesday, May 18 at 2 p.m. ET. The loser of CU and ONU will move into the loser's bracket and will face the loser of game two. See attached bracket. 
 
All games will air on the CU Sports Network and fans can tune in each day for a $10/day fee. 
 
Fans are permitted for every game during the tournament. Tickets will be $10 for the entire day and must be purchased through the Mid-South Conference's Hometown Ticketing page. Children ages five and under are not required to have a ticket.

Upon arriving at Buchanon Park, fans will be symptom and temperature checked. Face masks are required to be worn at all times while in the facility.
