KANSAS CITY, MO – Lady Tigers move up one spot in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll to third in the country.
Lady Tigers won their first matchup 85-50 over University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis. In their second game they defeated Brescia University 105-51.
Courtney Pritchett leads the Lady Tigers averaging 19.0 ppg while
Kaitlynn Wilks is averaging 11.0 ppg.
Lauren Lee and
Bailey Pedigo are leading the Tigers in assists with Lee at 4.5 apg while Pedigo is averaging 4.0 apg.
Inside the Mid-South Conference Thomas More continues to be the top ranked team in the country receiving all 19 first place votes. Georgetown College is ranked 18
th in the poll, University of the Cumberlands jumped up to 24
th, Bethel University is receiving votes, and the University of Pikeville is in the lower end of receiving votes.
Campbellsville begins conference play Thursday November 17
th at Tennessee Southern for a 5:30 p.m. ET tipoff. The Firehawks enter with a 2-1 record on the season. Lady Tigers will travel to Cumberland University on Saturday November 19
th for a 2 p.m. ET tipoff.
