Tigers Distance Medley Relay earn runner-up at day one of NCCAA Indoor Championships

CEDARVILLE, OHIO – The Tigers joined the Lady Tigers earning an early All-American finish from their distance medley relay team.

Dakota Brady, Sam Kiser, Maikyah Stowe, and Aiden Tucker placed runner-up in the event only five seconds behind the winner Cedarville University. Campbellsville crossed the line in 10:28.55, just two seconds shy of the school record set back in the 2019-20 indoor season. Kiser now has 12 All-Americans under his name during his career at Campbellsville.

In the 60m hurdles, Amarion Morrison qualified for Saturdays final earning the last spot to get in with his time of 9.14.

Shawn Little collected himself in the late stages of the 5,000m run to earn his third NCCAA All-American honor of his career. Little won the outdoor 5,000m and 10,000m run last spring at the NCCAA Outdoor National Championships.

The Tigers finished out the day scoring points in the 4x200m relay. Darionta Bell, Gregory Carr, Chance Lucas, and Morrison placed sixth earning the team three points with a time of 1:35.83.
