KANSAS CITY, MO – Winning 17 out of the last 18 games gets the Lady Tigers back into the NAIA Top 25 poll landing at #22 nearing the end of the regular season.
Campbellsville has put together the midseason run that they needed to put themselves back in the key position. The team started their week with a split against Bethel on Tuesday evening.
Campbellsville will look to finish off the regular season with a four game road series against Shawnee State April 22-23. Right now going into the weekend series the team sits at 29-14 overall and 19-5 inside the Mid-South Conference.
Lady Tigers are ranked top in the nation for 10 statistical categories including: runs, hits, home runs, runs batted in, extra base hits, total bases, walks, batting average, on base percentage, and slugging percentage.
Freed-Hardeman, Lindsey Wilson, and University of the Cumberlands are the Mid-South teams that have landed in the poll this week.
