CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — The Tigers hosted Union College for their home opener Tuesday afternoon. Campbellsville struggled with their hitting and made some errors which aided in their 13-5 loss.
The first inning opened with the Bulldogs up to bat and Zach Bromstead on the mound for the Tigers. Campbellsville got their first out from Union's leadoff batter. The next up hit a home run off Bromstead and gave the Bulldogs an early one-run lead. The following two outs came shortly after, and Bromstead ended that inning with one strikeout.
