CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville secured a convincing 3-0 sweep over the Talladega College Tornadoes at home on Saturday afternoon (25-18, 25-18, 25-19).

The Campbellsville University Tigers utilized a deep and balanced offensive attack to earn a comfortable 3-0 sweep against the Talladega College Tornadoes on Saturday. The Tigers dominated the match from start to finish, showcasing their depth as a wide range of players contributed to the victory.

In the opening set, the Tigers used a key 4-0 run on Maddie Pennington's serve, including two aces, to turn a 12-10 lead into a 16-10 advantage before closing out the frame 25-18. The second set was a tighter affair, with the score tied 11-11 midway through. Campbellsville then created separation with a 6-2 run and cruised to another 25-18 win.

The Tigers left no doubt in the third set, jumping out to a 5-1 lead and never looking back. After building a comfortable lead, Campbellsville sealed the sweep as Olivia Hellman delivered consecutive aces to end the match with a 25-19 victory.

The win was a complete team effort, with contributions from players throughout the roster. Emily Aabye (11 kills) and Angi Gstach (10 kills) led the way. Still, they were supported by a host of efficient attackers, including Riley Thorne (8 kills), Madison Farmer (6 kills on .556 hitting), and Sophie Hill (5 kills on .333 hitting). Multiple setters saw action, with Kati Vest dishing out 34 assists and Claire Hammond adding seven.
