The game saw a slow start, with a majority of defensive play from both teams throughout the first period. Mihlali Blesi, Malte Ekman, and Izan Garcia Gancedo collected back-to-back shots, but the Bulldogs' goalie saved each of their attempts. Boyce only had the chance to kick one shot, while Campbellsville continued to regain control of the ball and drive towards the other end of the field. At the half, the scoreboard remained at zero.

Much like the first, the Tigers came into the second half asserting their offensive dominance on the field with shot after shot by Lucas Novaretti, Ruben Cooper, and Blesi. Ten minutes into the second period, Mark Horn swiftly stole the ball and scored Campbellsville's first goal, assisted by Jon Magnusson. The Bulldogs faced multiple corner kicks, earning them a couple of opportunities to shoot at the goal; however, goalie Carlo Bianco saved their attempts. Mihlali Blesi racked up another goal for the Tigers, while Boyce was yet to retaliate. Campbellsville collected several striking shots, compelling the fans with a shot by Garcia Gancedo hitting the crossbar and a bicycle kick by Nicolo Lanari. Juan Zapata increased the Tigers' advantage with his second career goal, aided by Mark Holton's first career assist. The Tigers closed the game with another victory, 3-0.
