The Lady Tigers left no doubt from the opening whistle. Senior Paige Serafini drained a three-pointer on the game's first possession, sparking an 11-0 run. The starters built the lead, and the bench finished the quarter with a stunning flurry. In the final seconds of the period, Ella House hit a three-pointer, followed immediately by a basket and two free throws from Lainey Johnson to blow the game open at 29-8 after just ten minutes.

In the second quarter, the defense continued to stifle the Royals, holding them to just 11 points. The bench unit, which scored 34 of the team's 49 first-half points, continued to produce. Dea Bradley heated up, hitting a pair of three-pointers, while Hallie Allen added one of her own. A three-pointer from House with 3:35 on the clock extended the margin to 30, and the Lady Tigers went into the halftime locker room firmly in control, 49-19.

Johnson University found its offense in the third quarter, scoring 22 points, but the Lady Tiger starters matched their intensity. After the Royals cut the lead to 49-23, Campbellsville responded with a 16-5 run, capped by a layup from Whitney Hay, to push the lead to 65-28. Allen was perfect in the quarter, scoring six points on two three-pointers, while Hay added six of her own to put the game entirely out of reach.

The fourth quarter was a showcase for the reserves, who outscored the Royals 22-15. Johnson added seven more points to her tally, and fellow bench players Kinsley Molden, Katie Geralds, and Jordan Collom all found the basket. A layup by Molden with 1:19 left gave Campbellsville its largest lead of the night at 47 points (99-52), putting the final exclamation point on a 99-56 victory.
